Receiving Container - Heavy Duty

The heavy duty receiving container is built for compactor applications that generate high-density, heavy payloads such as wet food waste, industrial sludge, and compacted cardboard bales. Upgraded to 7 gauge steel plate on floors and lower sidewalls where compacted material exerts the greatest outward force, the heavy duty model features additional longitudinal and transverse reinforcement ribs welded to the exterior shell. Double-reinforced rear door hinges and an upgraded cam-lock system handle the increased weight and pressure of densely compacted loads. This container is specified when standard gauge receiving containers exhibit premature panel fatigue under sustained heavy-compaction service.
