Wheels & Casters

Coopertank stocks a complete inventory of replacement wheels and casters for front load, rear load, and commercial dumpster applications. Our heavy-duty caster assemblies feature sealed precision bearings, zinc-plated hardware, and high-impact polyolefin or rubber-on-steel wheels rated for the concentrated loads and rough surfaces encountered in commercial waste collection. Available in swivel and rigid configurations with bolt-on or weld-on mounting plates, our casters are direct replacements for all major container manufacturers. We also supply container roller wheels for roll-off and compactor applications, including cable sheave rollers, guide rollers, and ground-contact rollers with hardened steel pins and greaseable bushings.

Lids & Covers

We manufacture and stock replacement lids and covers for front load and rear load containers in all standard configurations including gravity-pivot, spring-loaded, flat, and split-opening designs. Each lid is fabricated from formed steel with internal channel reinforcement to prevent warping and oil-canning, and finished with the same two-coat paint system used on our new containers. Replacement rubber bumpers, hinge pins, and spring assemblies are available separately for field repair. Our lids are manufactured to fit containers from all major brands — provide your container dimensions and we will match the correct replacement. Custom lids for non-standard container configurations are available on a made-to-order basis.

Trunion Bars

Replacement trunion bars are precision-machined from solid steel bar stock to the exact 1-3/4 inch diameter specification required for rear load container lifter compatibility. Each trunion bar is turned on a lathe to tight tolerances, ensuring a consistent, interference-free fit in all standard rear-load truck lifting mechanisms. Bars are available in standard lengths for 1 through 6 yard containers, or can be cut to custom length for non-standard applications. Optional hot-dip galvanizing provides superior corrosion resistance for coastal, high-humidity, and chemical environments. Weld-on mounting brackets with pre-drilled bolt holes are available separately for field replacement of damaged trunion assemblies.

Arm Bars & Fork Pockets

Replacement arm bars and fork pockets are essential wear items on front load containers that endure thousands of lift cycles and significant impact loading from automated truck arms. Our replacement fork pockets are fabricated from heavy wall structural tube with reinforced gusset plates at the mounting points, matching or exceeding the original specification for strength and durability. Arm bars are available in standard spacing configurations for all major front-load truck systems. Drain Plugs & Hardware

Coopertank supplies a full range of replacement drain plugs, cam-lock hardware, hinge pins, and miscellaneous container hardware for fleet maintenance and field repair. Our threaded drain plugs are manufactured from corrosion-resistant materials and include replacement O-rings for a positive seal. Cam-lock latch assemblies feature heat-treated steel components for reliable engagement under the vibration and impact conditions of daily collection service. Hinge pins are machined from alloy steel and available with or without grease fittings. We stock replacement hardware for containers from all major manufacturers, and our technical staff can cross-reference part numbers to ensure you receive the correct component for your specific container model and vintage.
