Is Cooper Tank a dumpster manufacturer or a dealer?
A manufacturer. Cooper Tank and Welding Corp has fabricated waste containers in Brooklyn, NY since 1946, and East Coast Containers is its manufacturing plant in Waterbury, CT. Containers are cut, formed, welded, and painted in our own plants and sold factory-direct.

Do you sell to waste haulers and rental companies?
Yes. Most of our containers go to roll off and dumpster rental companies, commercial haulers, and municipal fleets. Fleet and repeat orders are priced by volume, and we build to your colors, door configuration, and truck system.
Do you build to a bid or custom specification?
Yes. Send the spec sheet, drawing, or bid number. We build to municipal, county, and federal bid specifications and to custom drawings.
What standard are your containers built to?
Our roll off and front load containers are built to ANSI Z245.30, with continuously welded seams and rust-inhibitive primer under an industrial topcoat.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, and New England, and ship nationally for repeat fleet customers.
