Rear Load Container - Mini
Mini rear load containers are the smallest dumpsters a rear-load garbage truck can still pick up. A 1-yard holds around 10 standard trash bags, enough for a small restaurant, a medical office, or a 10 to 20 unit apartment building. Each unit is 12 gauge steel at roughly 225 pounds, primed inside and out, and rides on two rigid and two swivel mold-on-rubber casters. They fit through standard doorways and into freight elevators, which is why NYC C&D contractors use them for high-rise renovation and interior demolition: several minis go up in one elevator trip. Hoisting is A-frame, pipe, or both, to match your hauler's truck. Sizes are 1/2, 3/4, and 1 cubic yard.
