Roll-off dumpster wheels (also called ground-contact rollers or cable roll-off rollers) are the steel rollers mounted at the base of the container that contact the ground and the truck bed during loading and transport. They are not casters, and they do not swivel. The two key specs are roller diameter and pin diameter. Roller diameter must match the truck's roller guides to load cleanly.
