Flatbed Container - Standard
The standard flatbed container provides a flat, open deck surface with 11-inch perimeter walls for transporting palletized materials, equipment, and oversized items that cannot fit inside enclosed roll-off containers. The low 11-inch wall height allows forklift access from all four sides, enabling efficient loading and unloading of palletized goods. The floor is constructed from heavy gauge steel plate reinforced with structural channel crossmembers designed to handle the concentrated point loads generated by forklift wheels and pallet runners. Stake pockets are welded along the top rail at regular intervals for securing tarps, sidewall extensions, or load restraint devices. The standard flatbed is commonly used for building materials delivery, equipment staging, and palletized waste collection.
