Frac Tank

The Coopertank frac tank is a heavy-duty liquid storage and transport vessel designed for hydraulic fracturing operations, oilfield produced water, drilling mud, and industrial liquid containment. Fabricated from 3/16-inch formed steel plate that is continuously welded and pressure-tested, the frac tank provides reliable containment for large volumes of water, brine, and petroleum-based fluids under field conditions. The interior is coated with a chemical-resistant epoxy lining that protects against corrosion from high-salinity produced water and acidic fluids. Multiple inlet and outlet ports with quick-connect fittings are positioned for efficient plumbing connections, and a graduated sight gauge provides real-time volume monitoring. Each frac tank is DOT-inspected and certified for over-the-road transport.
