Leaf Box

The leaf box is an extra-tall roll-off for seasonal pickup of loose leaves, grass clippings, and unprocessed green waste. In a regular roll-off that material fills the box by volume long before it gets near the weight limit. A 40-yard leaf box holds the equivalent of 15 or more pickup truck loads of loose leaves. The tall panels are stiffened with vertical hat channels. Optional mesh or perforated upper panels let moisture drain during transport, which lowers the weight billed at facilities that charge by the ton. Tarp hooks along the top rail are optional. Municipal leaf collection programs, landscape maintenance companies, and golf courses run them through the fall. Sizes are 30, 40, and 50 cubic yards.
