Sea Container

Sea containers are steel storage and shipping boxes built to ISO intermodal freight dimensions from Corten weathering steel, which forms a protective patina instead of rusting through. A 40-foot unit gives roughly 2,390 cubic feet of enclosed, weather-resistant storage for equipment, materials, tools, or waste at a job site or industrial yard. Double rear doors close with multi-point cam-locks on continuous rubber gaskets to keep contents dry and secure. The floor is marine-grade hardwood or steel. Units can be stacked, forked, and craned, and factory-installed roll-off rails are available so a cable hoist truck can move them. Construction sites, industrial storage, remote operations, and long-term outdoor equipment storage are the usual uses. Sizes are 20-foot, 40-foot, and 40-foot high cube.
