The dual ram stationary compactor is engineered for high-throughput facilities that need maximum compaction force in a space-efficient footprint. The dual ram design uses two independent hydraulic cylinders working in sequence to pre-crush and then fully compact material, achieving significantly higher density ratios than single-ram designs operating at equivalent pressure. The compact dual ram configuration requires less horizontal space than a single, long-stroke cylinder, making it ideal for indoor installations, loading docks, and retrofit projects where floor space is at a premium. A separate receiving container connects to the compactor via a quick-connect interface and can be exchanged for transport without interrupting compaction operations.
