Stationary Compactor - Dual Ram

The dual ram stationary compactor is for facilities with a steady stream of dry waste: cardboard, paper, plastics, and shrink wrap. Two independent hydraulic cylinders work in sequence, one to pre-crush and one to finish, which packs material denser than a single-ram unit and takes less floor space. Compaction force runs up to 58,000 lbs on a 45 to 60 second cycle, managed by a PLC with a diagnostic display. The receiving container attaches through a quick-connect interface, so the hauler can swap a full box without stopping compaction. Retail warehouses, distribution centers, big-box stores, and manufacturers producing at least 30 yards of dry waste a week are the usual fit. Charge boxes come in 2 and 3 cubic yards.
