12 Gauge Steel Hopper

Our 12 gauge steel hopper is a heavy-duty charge hopper designed to feed waste into stationary compactor systems. Fabricated entirely from 12 gauge formed steel with continuously welded seams, the hopper funnels loose waste from manual or mechanized loading points into the compactor charge chamber. The interior surfaces are smooth-ground to prevent material hang-up and facilitate clean-out. A reinforced top flange provides structural rigidity and a safe edge for workers handling waste. The hopper mounts directly to the compactor charge box via a bolted flange connection, creating a secure, gap-free transition that prevents waste from escaping during the feed cycle.
